Liquors India ventured into the production of Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine
in 1997. Today, the pharmaceutical division of the company has
carved a niche for itself, achieving a significant presence in
both active and emerging global markets. Our products are exported
to over 32 countries, viz., USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, South
Africa and Pakistan. The largest quantity goes to USA.
Located in an area of 10,000 sq.yds with a built up area of 25,000 sq.ft. the company started its operations in 1997 for the manufacture of L-PAC (Levo Phenyl Acetoyl Carbinol) a critical intermediate used for the manufacture of Ephedrine HCl. and Pseudo Ephedrine HCl. This modern fermentation plant has a capacity to manufacture 240 tonnes of L-PAC per annum. L-PAC
is then converted into Ephedrine and Pseudoehedrine by |
